Thursday, March 8th, Local Author Mark J. Engels will present and sign books. His debut novel, published by Thurston Howl Publications, features a family of werecats and straddles several genres, including military fiction, science fiction and anthropomorphics. (7pm)

June 14th, Wisconsin Author Rex Owens talks about his new book Dead Reckoning. Owens is from Sun Prairie and hosts his own radio show. He was a presenter at last summer’s Lakefly Writers Conference in Oshkosh.
Meetings usually take place the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Spillman Library. Please check the library website or call the library to be sure.
All aspiring writers are welcome to join a new Creative Writer's Group--this group is composed of poets, novelists, short story writers, children's authors, or songwriters.

The Fond du Lac County and Beyond Autism Support Group’s Autism Resource Library, housed at the Spillman Library, was recently expanded. The purchase of over 200 books and 3 DVDs was made possible by a generous donation from a past Walleye Weekend Strongman event.
