Spillman Public Library 2010 Summer Reading Program
Come and join the fun this summer!
Summer Reading Program begins the week of June 14, 2010.
Come in, register, and start reading. For each day that you read for 20 minutes or more, between June 14 and July 30, color a spot on your reading record. Color only one spot per day. When you have a week’s worth of spots colored, return your reading record to the library for a special treat.
Each week your name will be entered into prize drawings and a grand prize drawing that will be held on August 6, 2010. If you read all six weeks, your name will be entered 6 times! Weekly prizes include coupons from Culvers, Fazoli’s, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut and a paperback book of your choice.
There are also special events for those who wish to attend.
Children who are elementary age are invited to attend craft programs on Wednesdays and Fridays. Each week we will create a special craft or have a fun activity.
Reading programs aren't just for children!
Sign up to read at least 20-minutes a day to be eligible for weekly drawings for $10 movie money.
All you need to do is turn in a completed ticket for our weekly drawings (3:00 p.m. on Fridays beginning June 25th) to be eligible for our grand prize drawing to take place on August 6th at 3:00 p.m.
- Grand prize for teens is a $50 Simon Mall credit
- Grand prize for adults is a $50 Fond du Lac Chamber of Commerce gift certificate

Watch for us in the “Christmas in the Village” North Fondy Fest Parade. We will also be joining the Reading Corner at the village park sponsored by the FLC PTO. Children can stop in and listen to stories. A free book will be given to children (while supplies last).
